Day 1: Arrival to Egypt

Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, a Beyond The Nile Tours representative will assist you with passport control, airport kiosks, and luggage handling. You'll then be picked up and taken to your 5-star hotel, where your air-conditioned room awaits.

Grandfather of HS Pharaoh Amenhotep III (1386-1349 BC) is the one who brought to light these 18-metre-high giant quartzite statues, the Colossi of Memnon, in 1350 BC. He built them to adorn cities and places with the faces and life of Amenhotep and the story of the fairy-tale Memnon, the giant king of Greeks.
