The Pyramid of Khufu The Great Pyramid, built in 2570 BC, is a remarkable stone structure of 2 million tones. The sculpture of the Great Sphinx in Horus of the Horizon was created by Pharaoh Khafre between 2558 and 2532 BC. Modeled after a lion, the Sphinx symbolizes divinity and is a guardian of immortality. Its unique characteristics are highlighted by its connection to the Dream Stele of Thutmose IV.

The Giza Plateau is a limestone funerary temple with the remains of King Chephren's Temple called The Valley Temple. This temple was where mummification and purification took place for a ritual called the Opening of the Mouth Ceremony.

The Grand Egyptian Museum The Grand Egyptian Museum features an impressive collection showcasing 5,000 years of Ancient Egyptian civilization. Highlights include the Statue of King Ramses II, the Statues of King Senusert, the Grand Staircase, the Victory Column of King Merneptah, and the Hanging Obelisk.
